flapping her wings

sometimes she flew without trying to...and other times she tried with all her might but she could not hover in the air. She knew how to talk to any animal that could fly. She discovered this ability to communicate with flying creatures one day when she was four years old~ and ever since then it had been a joy for her to speak to her flying pals-- she loved living! her face was always aglow and her cheeks rosy pink. Everyone who came in contact with her had this feeling that she was an angel but there was no way to prove it because she had no wings on her back. (and) she kept the flying secret to herself. Then one day a beautiful dog with a happy face, climbed up a tree in the middle of Central Park. This girl happened to be walking by and heard the mournful barks of the unlucky dog. Other people were also gathered around with their faces turned toward the sky and their hearts wondering what the fate of the dog would be. She had to make up her mind; should she save this helpless creature? what about all of these people watching? what would they think? then a voice seemed to say-- "Save the Dog!" then it all made sense. She forced her body to leap into the air and slowly she rose into the oxygen-filled air. the dog seemed to smile as she approached and the people gasped__the dog jumped into her awaiting arms and then she floated higher and higher..and then faster and faster~ the dazed people upon the earth watched until she vanished into the misty fog and was never seen on the ground again. "Where did she go?!" everyone wondered-
