the queen of the sky

     this morning when I got up and went outside at 2:27AM there was an orange-ish glow on the southeast horizon.. I didn't think much of it at first, but later when I looked at it again; the half moon had risen and it was a beautiful creamy peach color. I stood and watched it rise and wondered if I was the only one awake to enjoy its beauty. By 2:48 the moon was quite abit higher and not nearly as orange.. I felt quite privileged to have been able to see it right at the most beautiful stage~ wonderful it was!
